Monkpoems

The Blog involves poetic expressions of felt integrity, evolving the intimate as ultimate by contemplative spirit: persistent focus, consistent intent, nonresistant notice.

Shh!

Daily
awake
to dance
a dance
of one.

Often
whisper
to self
keep it
simple.

Present
come to
each breath
as though
the last.

Absent
pass through
the gate
without
a pass.

At once
at one
be still
no self
know Self.
