Lawn’s freshly mowed but
nothing much new there
to learn or to share . . .
though finishing up
there are grass clippings
strewn across the drive
spilled there from a filled
bag that had to be
detached to empty
so, sure, cleaning up
the mess could prove quite
the impatient chore . . .
unless it be used
as a vehicle
to practice presence.
